SCAMMED ME EXTRA $75. Was in total contact with Jose, needed the truck for a extra day and he said no problem for the same rate $50 per day and bring back at noon 2 day total rent. Returned as promise full tank to find out a extra charge. Asked why the extra charge, " that's the way it goes. I could have rented to someone else" Jose said. Also jose did not want to provide my recipe. Going to have to take it up with the corporate office.
Rented a Ford Expedition at Long Beach Airport on 11/29/24 at Budget Rental and GARISSON was so professional and found a vehicle that we really needed.. His positive attitude despite the rush made our day better !
