Had a reservation for months in advance. When I arrived, they told me which car was ready for me and I went out to the lot to find they had already given the car to someone else. All they had available was a fully electric car that has been nothing but a nightmare since I'm on a longer trip. It has been very stressful and now I can't even exchange the car because there's not a Budget nearby. This has made my vacation less enjoyable. :(

The check-in process felt slow and was super unorganized. When I finally got the car, it smelled like a Casino Motel outside of Las Vegas. My son got a headache within 15 minutes in the car.
