Worst budget experience ever. Very dirty and UNSAFE cars. Hard to find location. What a shame! This location is NOT like most budget locations. Do yourself a favor and find your rental at a different budget location. You should be ashamed of yourselves with how dirty and displeasing your vehicle is. GROSS!
AVOID RENTING FROM HERE! All the other negative reviews are true! Awful experience! Upon picking up the rental we were told they didn't have a vehicle for us. Another customer was just dropping off a vehicle, so we're given that car without anyone inspecting it. The windows were so gross and dirty you could barely see out of them. There isn't a dropbox for easy return, so I went first thing in the morning to drop it off, but nobody was there. Horrible experience horrible owners and budgets overall customer service is trash would not recommend getting scammed and lied to.
