Don’t rent from here. There was previous damage to a Jeep we rented that I discussed with the Representative before leaving the lot. I also took photos. He said they were aware of the damage and not to worry. Weeks after returning the rental, we get a bill from Avis for close to $2k for rental damages. After receiving the claims department photos, we knew they were attempting to blame prior damage on us. Horrible experience from start to finish. Get ready to be greeted with an attitude. They didn’t have the car class I reserved and forced me (since I had no other choice) to take a lower class at the same price. Car was dirty too no care for customer experience or service.
Clean car and professional experience
I can't say enough about this particular Budget location. He has many different varieties of cars to choose from. I have rented several different models of cars from this location. The cars are always clean and in excellent condition. It is wonderful because I have never had any problems with any of the cars. The gentleman that runs this location is very efficient and provides the best customer service. I highly recommend that you rent your next car from this location. You will certainly be glad you did.
This Budget location is conveniently located on the 28 bus route which makes it super easy to get to and from. The cars are up to date, reliable and always clean. I am so pleased with the service. When we had that snow storm that lasted several days, it was impossible to return my rental car. He didn't even charge me for that extra day. He always goes above and beyond to deliver fantastic customer service. So, I always look forward to renting my next car here. I'm confident you will enjoy the rental process as well.
