Very professional experience I was in and out in a matter of minutes the gentleman explained that the size car I wanted was not available upgraded me to a nicer car at no charge budget themselves were great as well running late from a job out of state knew I was cutting it close the rep made things simple for me to extend I will say it has been a good experience minus not receiving my security deposit back .

Don’t rent from here. There was previous damage to a Jeep we rented that I discussed with the Representative before leaving the lot. I also took photos. He said they were aware of the damage and not to worry. Weeks after returning the rental, we get a bill from Avis for close to $2k for rental damages. After receiving the claims department photos, we knew they were attempting to blame prior damage on us. Avis dropped the claim once they saw my photos and the meta data showing I took them at Avis on the date of pick up. Fraud... read more

Horrible experience from start to finish. Get ready to be greeted with an attitude. They didn’t have the car class I reserved and forced me (since I had no other choice) to take a lower class at the same price. Car was dirty too no care for customer experience or service.

I can't say enough about this particular Budget location. He has many different varieties of cars to choose from. I have rented several different models of cars from this location. The cars are always clean and in excellent condition. It is wonderful because I have never had any problems with any of the cars. The gentleman that runs this location is very efficient and provides the best customer service. I highly recommend that you rent your next car from this location. You will certainly be glad you did.
