Our experience at this Budget Rental Car location was absolutely disgraceful. The female employee working behind the counter was unbelievably rude from the moment we approached the desk. Her tone, attitude, and complete lack of professionalism were shocking. She showed zero customer-service skills, zero willingness to help, and zero respect for customers. Made a reservation a week before arriving to Florida, on the day of the rental I got a call 3 hours before to let me known they don’t have anything! Not a single car! They apparently don’t hold cars there and have to request them from the airport but they got denied a car!
