My daughter always rents her car from this place when she comes to Surprise. It's kind of hidden away so there is never a wait to rent a car or bring it back.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION! I rented a car from here for a few days while my car was being serviced. I received the car in good condition; full tank, clean, no major damages or scuffs that I noticed. I only had driven the car around my city for those few days because, like said, my car was being serviced. I experienced a long wait at the airport. When I received the car, it was dirty and had several cosmetic damages. Additionally, I heard a noise coming from the back left side. The day before returning the car, I noticed a "bad tire" written on the window, which I found concerning. Overall, I was not impressed with the vehicle's condition or the overall experience.
I rented a Nissan Altima, drove it 56 miles and when I went to fill up, I put 3 gallons in. When I asked the guy at the front that took the car back if the Altima gets bad gas mileage or if it wasn't full when we picked it up because of how much I had to pay to fill it up, he said it probably wasn't full when we got it. It was a very "oh well, not my problem" vibe at the store with no offer of reimbursement.
