Drove here in a Lyft after booking online for them to tell me they have no cars available for the week, why not say that before people come out of their way for a rental. No help what so ever
The rental experience was efficient and prompt! No issues to worry about, and the staff was Awesome!!!
UPDATE: Still have yet to be reimbursed for the tire. Now they are telling me they can't refund me the almost $200 I spent due to their negligence. It sucks I have to post a crappy review cuz I really like the office people but before renting from ANY budget please read my review carefully. I rented a 2024 Silverado from July 19th-July 30th. I had a reservation for Friday at 8 a.m. They called me at 7 a.m. saying they didn't have the car ready, and they were better at 10 a.m. Then at 9 a.m. they called me saying they wouldn't have my reservation available and canceled it without warning. The worst service I've ever received. They didn't care. I had my reservations ready in another city.
I had a horrible experience at the budget rental on Dixie hwy!! I went in to get the car got the keys went out to the car and it smelled horrific of cigarettes went back in. They gave me an aerosol can and told me to spray the car that it would take the odor away. Drove the car 5 miles home sprayed the car again left all the windows down and the smell did not go away. Took it back the next morning after only driving at home and they still charge me $111. They should never have had this car available to be rented. I could not... read more
