Worst service ever. We booked a car a week before and when we went to pickup the car they didn’t had any car because of recall. He couldn’t even transfer us to a different location. He couldn’t even transfer our booking to a different location! Worst management.
There is a guy named Ryan. He said that he called me a day earlier that no car available next day. It was a lie there was no call from their end. Once I received in the morning he said all the cars are having recall. Totally scam
ZERO stars if that was an option. I should have known, I have rented here once before with no issues but after reading the reviews I was just lucky. This is the last time I try to rent from this location. This is the second time I have made a reservation then the day of pickup they have no vehicles. Shame on me. I find it very disturbing that this location doesn't have better inventory managment. You are a car rental franchise and you don't have cars to rent. Make that make sense.
