Worst customer agent Ryan, I already have a reservation made long back and went visit store for pickup rental van, first the vehicle is not ready and took 1 hr to make it ready. Then he said my address in the profile is different so unable to proceed with rental after giving valid DL and credit card. Address on the profile is old it means they give rental car. Agent is saying to rebook my reservation. I booked my old reservation long back with best and now forcing to make new reservation with newer price.
Just drove here from Oxford to pick up a car that I reserved and was rudely dismissed by the joker working the the front desk “its spring break we don’t have any cars available, you must’ve booked it through 3rd party” and this is after a $90 deposit was taken out of my account. Why do you guys allow 3rd party to be involved if this is how it operates? Don’t waste your time.

Reserved a mid-size SUV through Costco reservations, I recieved confirmation a week ago and even called and checked that everything was ok yesterday. I showed up this morning to pickup and they didn't have a vehicle for me. They stated they could give me an economy sized car but it would be more money than my reservation for a mid-sized SUV.
