Service slow and hardly any cars available
Horrible place I had reservation for Saturday they were not open. Not sure how budget is still continuing here franchise with this place.
Worst customer agent Ryan, I already have a reservation made long back and went visit store for pickup rental van, first the vehicle is not ready and took 1 hr to make it ready. Then he said my address in the profile is different so unable to proceed with rental after giving valid DL and credit card. Address on the profile is old it means they give rental car. Agent is saying to rebook my reservation. I booked my old reservation long back with best and now forcing to make new reservation with newer price.
