Could not have been easier or faster. This was a last-minute rental from the middle of nowhere in TN, and they were great. There were 4 Enterprise locations much closer to where I was, but none of them would give me a one-way rental. Budget did it no problem.
Was charged well over the amount on my receipt I received and had to spend time disputing it with the bank. Company is a rip off.
Effectively affordable
My experience with budget was amazing! The woman at the desk was so sweet and friendly! Everything was so smooth when it came to getting our vehicle! She even gave us advice on what to do in town while we were here! Thank you Kenzie for all your help I truly appreciate it! Will definitely be renting from here again!
I recently had the best experience i have ever had at the Tricity Airport at the Budget car rental, a very nice lady named Kinsey helped me with my car, went above and beyond for my needs and even helped me get my wife in the car. Not many caring people are like her in this world.
