*****UPDATE******** Still no refund, and the website says that no refund will be issued because the rental was “cancelled after the pickup time” So now I am back on the phone with someone who barely speaks English. Huge waste of time and will never work with Budget Rentals again. We made a reservation several days in advance and paid for the car using a debit card from Chime. Could not have been easier or faster. This was a last-minute rental from the middle of nowhere in TN, and they were great. There were 4 Enterprise locations much closer to where I was, but none of them would give me a one-way rental. Budget did it no problem.
Was charged well over the amount on my receipt I received and had to spend time disputing it with the bank. Company is a rip off.
