We will be using be using Avis for all rental car needs. We had bad experience and other rental fall through the day we were to leave and Avis was able to get us in a wonderful van last minute for our trip to MN.

I've been renting with Budget for over 15 years, no matter where I travel, and this is the first time I have ever been charged a $450 cleaning fee. I traveled to North Carolina on an emergency trip after my fiancé was rushed into surgery the day before. We ended up being stuck there for two weeks.
