Guess rd terrible. My reservation was made 2weeks before my pickup which was set for 10 am Got there, I was told that no cars won’t be available until 130 pm but they do have a 12 passenger van🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I was late getting to my business trip never again

Had a simple and seamless experience finishing up my car rental across state lines wrapping up in Durham. This location made it easy for dropoff and payments and for once, I was expecting the final payment/fee unlike other car rental companies.

Definitely worth renting a car from this place. They go above and beyond. Customer service here is top notch!

I’d give this place 0 stars if I could, like most of the other reviews mention, the representative was extremely rude and aggressive. I tried explaining to him that I was told I did not need to charge my EV rental (that I did not even want), and he immediately started raising his voice at me and repeating himself instead of calmly talking through the problem with me.
