Worst customer service
Having Fast Break and waiting 45 minutes? Nope.
Made a reservation and received a truck in disuse! Then the manager has the audacity to hang up on us as we are trying to explain the situation. Leaking cabin with rainwater getting in, burning oil smell from engine and hissing noises. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BUDGET SHOULD NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE A LICENSE TO FRANCHISE THEY NEED TO GO TO ETIQUETTE SCHOOL. DONT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS CANT WAIT TO SEE THEM AGAIN.
Fast and easy! Rent your next moving truck from here and you will love it :)
