Rented a car from them, even paid in advance. Called us 10 minutes before our reservation time to say they don't have any cars available and that they didn't know when they'd get them in. Didn't offer any compensation or a refund. We had to ask them for a full refund only after they tried to offer vehicles 25-30+ minutes away, again with no compensation. Don't rent from here if you want to have an available car. Would give 0 stars if I could

If you actually want your rental to be available on the day you reserve it, absolutely do not rent from this location. They will not contact you ahead of time and have zero inventory management processes. Worst rental company and location ever.
