I'm really really sick of the fuel surcharge from this location when the car is returned completely full. It's maddening how many times this location has said they "fixed" the issue only to charge the $17.99 refueling fee with NO GAS EVEN REFUELED BECAUSE THE TANK WAS FULL!!!!
