SCAM!!! A senior family member rented a minivan. The day of pickup, the employee informed him that a van was not available but he has good news - he has been upgraded to a better car. He was "upgraded" to a standard SUV. Even though it was a cheaper rental car, they didnt give him a discount. When I asked why no discount, he said he would need to cancel the reservation and make a new one which of course would be more expensive.
