8/nov They did NOT honour my reservation!!! Terrible service. Reservation said I can use my USA debit card. Got here, they do not.
They took my reservation but didn't honor it. Corporate customer service even said they should but I couldn't get my rental. Would not recommend Update: the lady behind the desk listed me as a no-show so I got charged a fee for not showing up even though I did and they wouldn't give me a car. Do not use this location under any means and so far I have not been refunded by budget.
Charged me for a tank of gas when I still had the vehicle and gave me their stupid insurance after I declined it cause I told them I have triple A and road side assistant on my car insurance. So after paying almost $2,000 they want to over charge me even more. No wonder they can afford to be cheap. When I went in to talk to manager she's joking around with the guy that over charged me. Me and my mother in law rented a car from them to go to Florida on September 5 until the 14th we returned the car back in the same condition as we got it. But today we got a letter telling that they are charging us for cleaning of the car . They said we left trash , pet hair, sand and then they said that we had smoked in the car. But the funny thing is that we both don’t smoke and no pets were in the car . Nor was there anything left in the car . They charge us $450 dollars to clean it.
