Reserved over the weekend and went to pick up the car, waited an hour bc of antiquated computers and a long line with many problems….. only to be told that they didn’t have my car. Anyone who reserved within past 72hrs didn’t have a car. They were good in past, but management poor, not a professional looking office, looks and is disorganized.
Reserved online only to get immediately shut down by a belligerent old woman who clearly didn't want to work. Showed up 30 minutes after opening, when we were supposed to get our car, but she interrupted our initial greeting by saying "I just opened and I need to look at my inventory before you'll be getting anything." Why couldn't she have notified us right when they opened and before we headed over?? Who knows! Other than the fact that she obviously doesn't care about anyone's time but her own. Worst rental I have ever. Reserved a RAV4 got a flatbed jeep truck. Agent said tough all I can give you. Parking lot full of cars. Be careful they won’t give you want you want.
Dad had a car reservation for this morning. Front desk staff just shrugged shoulders and said - no car available. Even though we had a confirmed reservation! We were not notified in advance either. Kind of made it seem like we were the ones at fault. TLDR: book at your own risk. Our travel plans were flexible and we were able to book enterprise for later in the day. Annoying. But lesson learnt.
