Yvon, helped me out of a bind. I booked the rental thru Expedia and when I arrived, I was told nothing was available. After a lot of diligence and hard work, Yvon found a vehicle for me. She deserves 10 stars!! 0 stars for Expedia
I had booked a car more than a month ahead. I received multiple confirmations, including a 24-hour reminder and confirmation of my car rental. I then received a call saying that they actually have no car available and I will have to go through their (terrible) customer service line to move my booking to a new location. In doing so, I was informed that my base rate would change from $125 to $335, which is absolutely outrageous.
