AWFUL ORDEAL: A 7+ HOUR PASSIVE WAIT FOR A CAR SWAP Our original Budget rental had a serious safety failure on the road, so we searched for the nearest Budget location and came to this branch for a replacement. The experience here was a nightmare in itself. The staff confirmed we needed a swap but told us they had no replacement vehicles and no place for us to wait. Nous avons loué une Ford mustang cabriolet pour 15 jours, voiture qui est dans une catégorie haute.
