Car return process is confusing. While other car rental agencies have signs clearly posted, or an actual person outside to help people, Budget did not. I ended up just parking in a random spot and returning the keys bc I didn't know what else to do. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Great experience with Budget. Our flight was delayed out of O'hare and we arrived 5 hours later than expected to Fargo which made it close to 11pm. Budget had our keys ready for the SUV and the young lady at the desk had us on our way in a jiffy. Upon leaving Fargo we had forgot the rental agreement in our luggage and our flight was leaving at 7:30am so we dropped the keys in the drop box and want to thank whomever handled the return process on our car. Do not go here if you are underage! I asked at the counter what my bill was going to be and it doubled afterwards due to an underage fee!! The counter told me $180 but a week after returning the vehicle I was billed over $360. Seems like the more affordable option until you finally get billed. Not to mention they never pick up the phone for this location.

We originally rented out of Madrid but needed to switch cars at the Faro Airport. We worked with Silvia and Silvia and they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They replaced our car quickly (and even though it was a 2008 hahaha). Couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you ladies!!
