Absolutely terrible experience. Avoid this Budget location if you want to save yourself frustration and wasted time. I reserved a vehicle online, but when I arrived, I was told they had no cars available in the class I booked. Instead, they offered a “premium SUV” and said I’d have to pay the price difference—no apology, no attempt to make it right, just a shrug and “nothing we can do.” The staff was unhelpful and clearly uninterested in assisting. Completely unprofessional.
