They are very responsible, they do a great job. Whatever you want, whatever you need, bill will put it on your car. They are very respectable and it's a Lord g. Disgusted - with their service here. Etishaan - tried every possible way to up charge. Stay away from this AVIS or BUDGET rental. It’s the same office and crappy owners and workers.
They charged me a lot of hiden fees. Also charged me for fuel even though I returned the car with full gas.
It is definitely bad service, bad attention. Please think carefully before visiting this place if you don't want to get a bad taste in your mouth.
My wife and I had a terrible experience with this branch. We ended up paying three times the original rental price because the owner refused to release our prepaid car unless we paid for two ADDITIONAL OPTIONAL insurances. It was a sickening situation — we’ve never experienced such a nightmare or such blatant scamming.
