Booked a car online, walked to location just to get told they don’t have a vehicle for me
Booked over a month in advance and they called me the DAY OF PICKUP to say they had nothing available! Do better at tracking your inventory instead of trying to get more money from the highest bidder!!! We had to scramble to find an SUV for a weeklong trip the next morning. Budget customer service did nothing to help, except offer higher priced vehicles at another location that also had nothing available when I called.
