I will no longer use budget as my car rental go-to. I've rented from this location 3 times in the past year to travel cross-country, but my current rental situation has been horrible! First of all.. the car has visible hail damage, including on the windshield. The cracks in the glass have been spreading over the past week, likely due to high temperatures. Eddie was rude and deceiving. He tried to charge about 30% more than my Costco booking then tried to say he had ‘forgotten’ to put in a coupon to show the savings. His attitude was so bad that my daughter wanted to walk out of that office and kept telling me to go pick up our rental at somewhere else. He should not be in service at all!
