It has already been a very trying season for me, and this experience only added unnecessary stress. I have a corporate account with Budget, so for context, I use budget quite frequently for business. I prepaid for an SUV a week in advance. I show up to pickup the vehicle and they tell me they do not have it. This location is independent so, its not necessarily their fault they didnt have a vehicle as they waited for corporate to bring them the car. To make matters worse, they do not offer to resolve it. Subtract 2 stars because for the second time now, the attendant rented out the car or type of car I reserved from under me. It's already annoying to request a sedan and then get stuck with an SUV. I'm leaving a review because the worst part is that I also had to pay more for the larger SUV I got stuck with, despite the rental I reserved days in advance being given to someone else.
