Pros: convenient location, nice people, service was courteous and fast. Cons: the car was absolutely filthy and smelled like someone tried to cover up smoking or weed. outside wasn't washed and definitely no one touched the insides to make it presentable. The vehicle experience was terrible.
Always get amazing service. I have been coming here for years now. Easy to get to from the highway and even possible to take the LIRR to New Hyde Park station and hopping on a quick bus.

I don't know how you run a business when you're incredibly rude to customers. The manager needs to reevaluate his priorities. The other employees (Anil) were great, though.
