I live in Queens, but I always go to this Long Island Budget Car Rental branch. Ronnie and Amit are friendly, fast, and efficient — no waiting, no hidden fees. The LaGuardia branch is much slower, often over an hour to get a car, so I’ll keep coming back here!.
I picked up my car there today, 05/17/2025 the guy is so rude he says unacceptable things to customer. I will never rent another car from there also the car is so messed and smelly. Pros: convenient location, nice people, service was courteous and fast. Cons: the car was absolutely filthy and smelled like someone tried to cover up smoking or weed. outside wasn't washed and definitely no one touched the insides to make it presentable. The vehicle experience was terrible.
