Excelente servicio y la empleada Maria es muy amable y muy atenta.
Rented at this location a few times and disappointed in the customer service. Had two issues but, only will talk about how I left my SunPass in the vehicle and came immediately back to only found they moved the vehicle and could not locate it. A few days later went back and was told I had to submit a form and go through customer service. After I spoke with customer service, they were supposed to send me a link. Never came, a month later, started getting notifications my SunPass was being charged, over a dozen times.
Rafael is actually the man!!! He so kindly helped me qith my rental and getting inside the airport with my bags! I feel like he went out of his way to help me and take care of everything!! May have been the only reason I didn't miss my flight!! Thank you so much, Rafael!!!
Didn't have car I reserved so he said he would give us a upgrade at no coast would have to talk to his boss. Well he called and said all good so I told him I declined insurance and everything else but I should of paid attention cuz my final bill was 200 more then my reservation under Castco! Will be contacting them in the next few days to explain what happened. I even turned car in a day earlier! All done with this place!!
