We waited longer in line to pick up our reservation than we did on our flight across the country. I've never experienced such abysmal service. It would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating. Lesson learned, never again.
One Star — accuse now, verify never. Needed a basic weekend rental in November 2025. Three months later (February 2026) I get a letter claiming the vehicle “incurred damage.” What damage? No description. No photos. No report. Just a vague accusation and a bill. Intentional? Surely not. So I call. 1.5 hours. One agent hangs up. 10 transfers. They claim on their website that they will wait past closing if your flight is delayed. That is a lie. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived, no one was there. The other rental companies stayed for their customers. Apparently this is a common issue with Budget/Avis at this location. They are unreliable and unprofessional. Inexcusable. I will never rent from Budget again.

Rented at this location a few times and disappointed in the customer service. Had two issues but, only will talk about how I left my SunPass in the vehicle and came immediately back to only found they moved the vehicle and could not locate it. A few days later went back and was told I had to submit a form and go through customer service. After I spoke with customer service, they were supposed to send me a link. Never came, a month later, started getting notifications my SunPass was being charged, over a dozen times.
