DO NOT RENT from this location. Very dishonest agents who will steal your money. Car was dirty and was on half a tank of gas. I rented a car from this location turned the car in as scheduled and was charged another day plus a late fee. Went to the location to correct this situation and was given a business card that had a gmail email address on it and was told to contact them via email. If I could give zero stars, I would. I rent from Budget every 3-4 weeks, mostly from the PIE location. Until recently, I’d never had a problem. A couple of months ago, Budget charged me a fuel fee after dropping off my car with a FULL tank of gas! Now today, I drop off a car at 6:45am at PIE and ask the receiving attendant to check me in in-front of me. I told him about what had happened previously.
