Absolute worst experience of my life dealing with car rental. We schedule a car for 2:30pm August 8th and arrive a bit late to do delays and when we get there they tell us to just sit back and wait and give us no explanation, after about 20 minutes and going up to the desk 3 times they tell us they don't have a car for us or 20 other people standing in line and that we would all have to come back the next day at 11 for our cars. 1/5 — Awful Experience at Budget Car Rental — St. Petersburg/Clearwater Our experience with the Budget Car Rental location at St. Petersburg–Clearwater was absolutely terrible from beginning to end. We had a rental car reserved and expected it to be ready when our flight landed. Instead, our vehicle was not available, and we were told we would have to come back the following day to pick it up.
