I have rented here several times and always have a good experience! The man who works the check in desk is so kind. The car is clean and has a full tank. The cars I’ve rented have been in good shape. I highly recommend this location.
My fiance and I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from here, for a week, and we ran into a couple of issues on day two of having the vehicle. The "change oil" warning came on and the car stated less than 6% of oil life was still available. We checked the oil and it was super dirty. We called customer service and they tried to say the next oil change due on it was another 35k miles from where it was. We stated our concerns and asked they note our call in the system, in case this oil issue causes car problems while we had it. The... read more
