My fiance and I rented a Jeep Grand Cherokee L from here, for a week, and we ran into a couple of issues on day two of having the vehicle. The "change oil" warning came on and the car stated less than 6% of oil life was still available. We checked the oil and it was super dirty. We called customer service and they tried to say the next oil change due on it was another 35k miles from where it was. Shawn's customer service is impeccable!! We've rented vehicles several times before but Shawn's service out ranks them all. We don't even look at other car rental companies in Jefferson City because customer service is important to us!! Thanks Shawn!!!
If I could rate less than one star I would. I rented a "Chevrolet Suburban or similar" for a family trip to Tennessee. The day of the rental when I went to pick up my car I was told a Suburban wasn't available, and that I'd be getting a Nissan Armada. I was told there was no alternative. When I asked for a refund in the difference between the size of the two vehicle types I was told I'd need to call customer service when I returned the vehicle. Fine.
