I give them zero stars. I booked a minivan as well as my brother in law rented a minivan from them. And they called us both the day before at 4pm and cancelled no alternate solution for vehicle rental or credit or anything just a refund. The day before pickup which puts both of us in a terrible situation but they don’t care it’s our problem now. And they left a voicemail letting us know.
My recent experience with Budget Rental Car, involved misleading pricing, poor customer service, and the failure to return a $194.20 hold that I was assured would be refunded. When I booked the rental, I was told that the total cost would be $257.75. I paid this amount in full with the understanding that an additional $194.20 hold would be placed on my card temporarily and refunded upon return of the vehicle. Do not rent from this run down place, they only have one person working check-in and cleaning cars as they are turned in..customer service is terrible and if u rent please video every inch of the car because the guy with dark shades on will try to charge u for crack windows, very weird
