I would not recommend renting a car from this company or in particular this location. I prebooked the car ahead of time and then when I arrived at set time to pick up the car they didn't even have it ready. I ended up having to go back home and wait another several hours before they called and said the car was ready. Then I was not even able to drive the car that they gave me due to the tire going flat on me for no apprent reason after having the car for no time at all. Rep at store was phenomenal she greeted me with a smile, she made sure she gave me all details on how to rent a vehicle, she was top tier at the store in Hornlake, Ms. I will definitely rent again.
