I want to commend two employees from this location. They represented Budget better than anyone I've talked to in a long time, including corporate locations. I had a discrepancy between what I was quoted and what I was charged. I spoke with Donna and she was professional, courteous, and thorough. My family and I reserved a rental vehicle for **9:00 a.m.** because we were traveling to Nashville to spend the day at Nashville Shores with our children and extended family. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple pickup turned into one of the worst rental experiences we've ever had. I rented the vehicle from horn lake MS and after waiting a hour only to find out that the vehicle wasn't there and I would have to drive all the way to Memphis Tennessee to pick it up then customs service said I would be discounted once I returned the vehicle that never happened and I would receive a free one day rental that still hasn't happened nobody has contacted me regarding this matter and I'm very disappointed
