Poorly run business
Arrived to pick up rental after a phone call 15 min earlier of them confirming the reservation and telling me they had the car. When I get there not only do they NOT have the car, I am being asked to WAIT until they drive it down from BARTLETT. Do NOT use this location!!!
Nisha, the lady at the Bullfrog Corner location, is absolutely the best. She made our experience a pleasure. Highest marks and a generous bonus should come her way. She is a blessing!
Reserved a rental through the website on September 11, 2025. Received not only a confirmation email, but also an email for a pick up reminder. Drove there only to be told that there were no vehicles available. Why allow reservations online, and even go as far as taking payment and sending notifications to say the rental is ready for pick up?? Makes zero sense. Add on the fact that I’m having to go back and dispute the charge since they didn’t cancel it while they were telling us they had no vehicles at all, and I’m livid.
