It's a good idea to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure you're having a car. You will get the best service possible, especially if Sean is there.
When I picked up my rental the windshield had a hairline crack. The employee never took a look at the car with me. Then when I called to report that the windshield had a crack, he said he was going to let the drop off location (MSY airport) know and never did. A week later I received a $500 bill.
Sean & Justin are the best! I rent in at this Budget location in Slidell often and I've always gotten excellent service and a great vehicle. Highly recommend
The staff was very friendly and accommodating for us. Of course we would have loved if they could have cut us a break with the bill but the employees obviously can only do so much since they aren't the ones who set the price. Thanks for your help today!
