Nice clean vehicle. Went over everything in detail. Very friendly at Missoula and Kallispell Montana location.
I had a smooth and easy transaction with this location. They did not have a sedan but upgraded me to a SUV which was fine. Veronika checked me in and she dropped my card! Kidding aside, she was great and had me on my way quickly. I would recommend this location! Will update this review if anything happens.

Best rental car experience yet. Nice crew, didn’t get hassled about buying insurance/gas etc, free upgrade to a new four runner, super quick pickup and drop off.
You should seriously consider avoiding it. The car pick-up was fine and smooth but when I returned the car at 1PM (my return time was supposed to be 2PM so I was an hour earlier) the guy at the counter told me to just leave the car key in the key box, which I did, trusting their instruction. A few hours later, however, I received an online receipt saying that I returned the car at 3PM and therefore there's automatic full-day rate charge ($85.25) added to my bill.
