Exceptional experience with Sebastian at the counter. As our first “encounter” with a word on in Montana, he set the bar high. Friendly, had recommendations to share without being pushey, and helpful in making sure we got the right vehicle for what we needed. Definitely started our trip on a high note.

Shoutout to Mel at the FCA Budget counter! First off, she got us into the car we booked quickly and efficiently. But what really blew us away was her help when our return flight got canceled. She went completely above and beyond trying to help us and a bunch of other stranded passengers figure things out. Her amazing attitude turned a stressful situation around. Thanks, Mel!
We showed up about an hour early for our reservation and we're told they had no vehicles in our class (full size) and they offered to upgrade us to a Rav 4 for an extra $300 for 3 days. Told them we would wait, came back 40 minutes later and they gave us the Rav 4 anyway which was nice. Asked the guy who was helping us what would happen if we brought the car back a couple hours late and he said it would be an extra day so $82 plus tax so about $100.
