I don't relish leaving negative reviews, but my experience here was terrible. After having made reservations on AARP/Expedia (yeah, I'm over 65), when I picked up the car, the charge for a 3-week in-town rental was much more. It took an enormous amount of haggling at the location and via Budget "customer service" to resolve that one. A second rental for 3 days turned out to be worse. Horrible experience with office and with budget I general , kids working here and they have no answer for any question, The only answer is “ it’s the computer it’s not me “ They changing the prices that on contract without notice , Ridicules service , they are talking advantage that they are downtown , Be aware !!
I frequently rent cars several times a month, and this location has consistently been convenient and stress-free for me—every single time, without exception. Beyond the excellent service, I’d like to highlight two employees, Abdul and Yasser (I hope I spelled their names correctly), who are always polite, helpful, and highly efficient. I’m not usually one to give out five stars easily, but this place truly deserves it.
Amazing experience. Definitely will not go rent at any other location in Ohio.
Disrespectfully unprofessional. Was wrongly charged for gas and had to send in screenshots of full tank. Deposit took 2 weeks because “holidays” and repeat customer service calls. NEVER AGAIN
