Car was dirty when it was giving to me, no form of tap pay (Apple pay, etc), they didn’t open on time the day of my return, and I have a feeling there is going to be billing issues.
I stopped by Budget Car Rental the other day just to ask a few questions and see what options they had. I was not even picking up a car, just inquiring, but Abdul and Yasser still treated me like a valued customer. They took their time to answer every single question, even the kind you think might be too obvious to ask, like “So… does the rental come with gas in it?” without making me feel silly. This just happened about 20 minutes ago so i thought i’d share while it’s still fresh in my mind. I came to Budget for a same day booking and honestly thought there might not be anything available. Luckily, the agent said a vehicle just came about 10 minutes prior and would give it to me. I even told them I was fine just taking it as is, but they still pulled it in and gave it a quick clean before handing me the keys.
