Easy and quick services
Horrible owner, horrible assistant ripoff artist. What you do to my parents didn't have the decency to call them before you charged such a large amount and explained what the charges were for.
Overcharged me for the insurance that I declined and to refuel the car at $9.99/gallon even though we filled it up at the gas station next door to them. When I tried to call, you can't get through to their location, and have to call a 1-800 number where they tell me they have to get information from the rental location, and I should call back in 7 days.
