Reserved a midsize car days in advance and paid through Expedia. Got there and they had no car for us. Basically said there's no guarantee that you get the car you reserve. I've had situations in the past where I've been upgraded, but never given completely unusable options, or none at all.
Budget Rental Car 4900 S College Ave, Fort Collins, CO 08/23/2023 The worst car that I have ever driven. It wasn't even the same type of car that I wanted, they gave it to me dirty and then told me that I would be fined if I brought it back dirty when THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO CLEAN IT or make it smell good. I brought it back to them cleaner than they freaking gave it to me which is ridiculous and makes me feel as if they do that to a lot of people just so they don’t have to do it themselves.
