Be aware of bad credit! They took my money perfectly fine. Day of pickup they need a 250$ deposit hold which if fine, but long story short I could not get my vehicle because using a debit card they check your credit (which was poor). And they tell me you need a credit card to take the vehicle now even though we already paid for it. So of course I was upset and said this is crazy since you took my money already and they hand me a brochure and said to call them and say you want your money back and they might even only give you... read more

The customer service representative was professional and knowledgeable. Great place to rent trucks and cars .
