Terrible customer service, terrible policies. Garbage business. Do not waste your time here. The tiny little shack of an office is almost always empty so you'll be waiting around forever.

Real bad. Apparently opened at 8 but didn't answer the phone until after 10. Paperwork said the gas was full but it was at under a quarter. Car was completely covered in bird droppings. I'm not picky about a rental car having to be in perfect shape but this was an impressive amount of bird crap. I mentioned it to the kid working and said I'm dropping it to a different location (philly airport) and he just shrugged it off and said "they won't care." I booked my reservation (#48305873US0) after being told by a Budget employee that the additional driver fee would be waived at pickup. I confirmed this before completing the booking. However, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was told the fee could not be waived. Since then, I've tried to resolve the issue through phone calls and emails, but I haven't been able to get anyone to help or provide a satisfactory explanation.
