If I could give them 0 stars I would in a heart beat. I rented a car on Thursday July 9th and returned the car on Monday July 13th. I used my Costco membership to book my rental which was $169.89 but my credit card charge from Budget which was $226.65. The associate never walked out to the car with us to check if there was any damage to the car or to check where the gas was at. I was informed to take pictures of any damage and of the gas tank. Had a really good experience renting from Avis Budget in La Habra. Numbish helped me out and made the whole process super easy. Pick-up was quick, the car was clean and ran perfectly, and drop-off was just as simple. No hassle, no hidden fees — just great customer service. Definitely coming back next time I need a rental!
