Horrible service and not helping at all.
We drove all the way over here to get a truck we reserved only to show up and have them tell us they actually don't have one (they said it's because we booked 24 hours in advance?). Idk but a phone call would've been helpful? Like hello????
Numbish, nice guy, but I never got my deposit back, when I called he then told me I would get an adjusted deposit back to check my bank account. Nada, I got Nada! Besides that, I got a New 2025 ToytaCamry, drove like a teenager on steroids. Thank goodness, we drove 12 hours through the desert went through rain storms and sand storms, construction on the road, dead stop for almost an hour in 105° heat. It was awesome to know we were in a dependable car so you can keep the deposit. My mom and I were safe.!
I'll keep this short. Ask for Muhammad! If you want someone to make you feel valued as a customer, find ways to add savings to your pocketbook, find solutions to help you get into a rental. Ask for Muhammad....FULL STOP!
