Booked my reservation for 4:30 pm, I took my time to call ahead to ensure someone was here. I arrived at 4:15 and waited until 4:50. The associate who refused to give his name was extremely rude and acted unprofessional in the exchange. He denied me my rental, and called the police on me. Needless to customers service, empathy for other people’s situation this person cared. Combat Veteran treated like an immigrant couldn’t ask for better service.

Horrible service don’t waste your time spending two hours on the website like I did just to find out. They never have trucks available and will keep you on the phone forever to try to sell you things just to tell you that they don’t have truck trucks.
