Service was great and easy to complete. They had the car ready when we asked for it. Price was reasonable for the car we had too.
Things started out well - gentlemen who helped us was polite courteous and helpful. They didnt have the car we rented so they gave us an upgrade. Drove it to and from work for 2 days. Returned it with full tank of gas. 2 weeks later we get a letter stating we were being charged $450 for extra cleaning services! Luckily I had taken picture of exterior and interior of car before I returned it, called customer service and they agreed no additional charges should apply and fee was dropped. RUN. Apparently because I don't have a CDL license I need to upgrade insurance on a rental van(for personal use moving across country) and pay $600 extra?Reported to corporate.
The singularly worst car rental experience I have ever had the misfortune to suffer. One day after booking a trip back in October, I called to try and modify my reservation, trimming my booking from ten days to two and hoping to leave the car in Oregon rather than returning it to Spokane. Made a reservation online, prepaid, and got my confirmation text. Ubered there only to be told they didn't have my car......they only had 1 car. Spent 10 mins on the phone with corporate getting a refund.....which takes7-10 days show up🤬. Walked to Enterprise .5 mile away and got a car.I should have just went there 1st since they have always been great service in the past. How budget does business is unacceptable. Not sure how they are still in business
