Website does not offer full disclosure! Our price online was $92 in the office it was over $280! So many added fees that were not included on the website! It is very deceptive! Budget is not a word I would use with this company Would not recommend ever again !
Quick and friendly service!
Did not have any passenger cars available on scheduled prepaid rental date. I would suggest ignoring tsunami of Budget emails confirming your rental status... they are totally useless.
When the Spokane Airport location was nowhere to found for an urgent customer service issue, Nef at this location went above and beyond with his customer service and helped me out. If all employees at this location are as helpful as he was, you will have a great experience.
