Was called an hour before my move and informed that the truck I reserved was not available. I called Dominic back to find if there were other options and he said I would have to figure it out on my own. Thanks for nothing. Idk what the point of reserving a truck is then.

Called ahead to make a reservation, was given an out the door price and a car that I would have available to me. I showed up to their location and not only was the price off by $300 but the vehicle I was promised on my reservation wasn’t even on the lot. In a world where there’s a million providers for the same service I would’ve thought they’d at least try to do better communicating actual prices and vehicle availability but I was dead wrong. Don’t do business here if reliability is what you need.

Rented a car from Hertz. Went to pick it up last night and wasn't able to get it because I didn't have a flight out. I shouldn't need a flight to rent a car. So it was canceled. This morning I rented a car from Budget. Was in and out very quick, reasonably priced and didn't push all the extras but did offer them. Car was clean, filled with gas, and the owner was incredibly nice.
