They said they maintain their trucks well. Not so much. Mine had a door that didn't shut properly and so had unbearable road noise. The windshield washer fluid was empty and the wipers were toast. The passenger window was inoperable, the charger port did not work, the driver visor would not stay up, and the tire pressure monitoring system needed service. The truck was due for service at 114,000 miles and I rented it at 114,014. Obviously not serviced.
RUN don’t walk, they charge you a $150 fee for cancellation although that was no where stated clearly. Very bad customer service, I will not be using nor ever recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be out money! Thanks for nothing Budget another unhappy customer!
Very helpful and friendly associate and answered all my questions.
Service was great and easy to complete. They had the car ready when we asked for it. Price was reasonable for the car we had too.
