I would give this place no stars if I could. The customer service here is nonexistent. First off when you ask someone working with you their name and they say they don’t have a name, it’s for there their protection. You don’t need to be working in a customer service setting. Don’t rent here. Tried to charge a 450$ cleaning fee for someone else’s doing and had no photo proof.
I booked a rental for an suv 2 weeks prior to my engagement. . The day finally arrived and staff tells me no cars till noon. Arrive at noon and I ask them if they have any SUV’s and the associate says I’m seeing the same cars you are do you see any SUV’s. I admit I lost my temper as now I am very late to our engagement and now I am being treated like they don’t need my business. So beware if you have a pressing engagement don’t count on budget for reliability. You might be met with sarcasm to.
Do not rent from them! They tried to overcharge me by hundreds of dollars, didn't release my deposit, and it's been weeks of fighting with them to resolve this. Full story: I rented a car for one day from another location, with drop off at this location. Everything went well (I thought). But a few days after returning the car, I received a letter that stated I would be billed $450 for a cleaning fee!
