If you reserve a truck form them 9 times out of 10 there will be no truck on rese vation day, or a totally different random truck instead. The "reservation" is meaningless except as a price. This should be a warning to anyone depending on them for a truck to move house: chances are you'll be left hanging with no truck or one inappropriate for your move. Charged me double the agreement. I extended my rental by 3 days, and they assumed I was going to let them keep the security deposit. This was not the agreement nor was this explained to me in any way, verbally or on paper. I’ll go back to using Avis for future rentals. Nice enough people behind the desk, but to be charged $300 more than expected is not good.
I would give this place no stars if I could. The customer service here is nonexistent. First off when you ask someone working with you their name and they say they don’t have a name, it’s for there their protection. You don’t need to be working in a customer service setting. Someone that calls themselves a manager makes a comments stating he is going to close his mouth so I can get out of his store. Really! I will never rent from this location.
