Poor service. Unbelievable hidden costs/fees. They never share until you secure the vehicle. When go to pick it up, OMG they throw all these hidden costs. Very poor service. Stay away and go elsewhere. This was pathetic !!!
This Orland location is my favorite. There is a young man that is always there in the mornings and he is amazing. Always very helpful and accommodating. I frequently rent to visit my daughter in school so I’m here a lot and they always have a great selection of cars
Budget is my new go to rental company. Specifically the Orland Park location. Besides the car being nice and the price being great, the customer service is outstanding. Renting is quick and easy. If you go to this location look for Douglas. He’s awesome! Thank you for making our vacation that much better.
