We arrived a bit late to pick up and Lydia Francis was kind and attentive when we arrived. She was friendly and explained all the details, reassuring we made the correct choice in choosing this company and location. The car was clean, reliable and comfortable.
This budget was so helpful when our trip was delayed an hour. I called to see if we could pick up our rental an hour later and Danielle graciously adjusted that for us. She was very kind and efficient to get us on our way as quickly as possible but still took the time to explain the drop off process. I would book with them again!
Excellent service by Lydia, as usual! We rent cars fairly often and Lydia has made the process smooth and easy. She always has a wonderful attitude and provides us the best customer experience.
Lady was extremely rude. That worked Friday 4/10. Looking at the reviews and seeing that this is common. I was told to my face that the car I had was not available and someone took it. Which was weird I reserved it. Anyways, I had a funeral to go to and this lady was extremely rude. Did not even try to help me out expect say well if we get a car I’ll call you.
