Unfortunately I have to give a poor review. We reserved a premium SUV and when arrived they did not have any available. They had a truck available but they stated the tags were expired but would allow us to take. We opted not to. They had a small car that we settled on. The car was very dirty and it smelled of Marijuana and body odor. I wiped it thoroughly and sprayed with frebreze and just made the best of it. Do not use! They gave me a charger with bald tires and it smelled when I got it, but I woke up to them charging my account over $1,000! Horrible company! This was my first time using them and I will never again!

This place has horrible customer service. My husband accidentally left his keys in the center console of a rental car we had over the weekend. Unfortunately, they were already closed by the time we realized it. He was not able to leave a message with them because, according to the person at the front desk, they “don’t do that.” By the time they were open again, we were already back home in a different state, so we had a family member go in on our behalf.
