Lady was rude and extremely disrespectful. Did not let us take the rental we paid for online. Do not rent here
I had a tire that was low when I got the car. Then I noticed the tire pressure got down to 27 pounds. So I stopped and put air in it. On the way to Fresno from Los Angeles I had to stop three times to put air in it. So I googled the nearest budget car rental for help. Unfortunately it was Saturday and I had to stop in Visalia. This place was pretty good. My only complain is that they run a soft credit check which makes no sense to me. They still hold $200 plus the rental fee...I think thats alot to be honest specially if its not a fancy rental. But the car I got was a ford edge it was very nice full tank very clean no issues with it whats so ever. I loved it! drove it for 4 hours straight and no issues no nada!!! good suv!!!
I rented a vehicle from Budget at Phoenix International Airport and prepaid a 4-day rental. When the final bill was presented, it was less than the prepay amount; Budget consequently did not provide a refund for the difference. I made several attempts via phone and email for customer service and have received zero communication from the requested supervisor(s). Budget was the 3rd place we ended up going to. Hertz gave us misinformation and Enterprise was going to charge $250 for the same car that we got at Buget for $73! The process took only about 5 minutes and less when dropping it off. The staff was friendly and professional! We will always go directly to them for our future rentals.
