Horrible experience! Reservation was made a week in advance, then a call a few days before to verify and clarify before pick up date. Bad customer service…stated we could pay with a credit or debit card while reserving online and by phone. Then when I showed up they said it had to be credit card only then could be paid with a debit card after vehicle was returned. They are very friendly people and always try to help you save money.
Didn't give me the car that I rented out for the weekend. And they didn't communicate that to me. Also, did not receive good customer service. Never go back here, just go to Enterprise, will save you a headache and brain cells.
Classic bait and switch. I reserved a 16 ft truck 10 days before. I was called the night before saying only a 12 ft truck was available. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you can.
