This is my 1st and foremost go-to rental spot. Besides the fact that budget has affordable rentals but the customer service is always on point. We Love the wife and husband duo! Thank you guys always!

Well to be very honest with everyone I rented a toyota prius very nice car fully maintained . And i got very nice service from these people as well as they greet with smile faces which was very kind. I appreciate their service in Visalia. Thank you guys
Lady was rude and extremely disrespectful. Did not let us take the rental we paid for online. Do not rent here
I had a tire that was low when I got the car. Then I noticed the tire pressure got down to 27 pounds. So I stopped and put air in it. On the way to Fresno from Los Angeles I had to stop three times to put air in it. So I googled the nearest budget car rental for help. Unfortunately it was Saturday and I had to stop in Visalia.
