Didn't give me the car that I rented out for the weekend. And they didn't communicate that to me. Also, did not receive good customer service. Never go back here, just go to Enterprise, will save you a headache and brain cells.
Classic bait and switch. I reserved a 16 ft truck 10 days before. I was called the night before saying only a 12 ft truck was available. Do not recommend. Go elsewhere if you can.
This is my 1st and foremost go-to rental spot. Besides the fact that budget has affordable rentals but the customer service is always on point. We Love the wife and husband duo! Thank you guys always!
