After a bad experience at the York Market Street budget office I came over to this Budget location and found the Sunday afternoon Avis/Budget employee to be kind, organized, and professional with myself and the other customers. Thanks for your clarity and professionalism.
I rented a gas powered vehicle from Budget but when I got to the airport there were no gas powered cars left. I received an EV. I do not know how to use or want to use EV cars. I was asked to return to 'another Budget Rental Car place' the next day. I did that but the inconvenience to my vacation sucked. Also the new budget person said I had to have a reason to return the car. First and last time using Budget in Lancaster Pensilvania airport, after I prepaid my car and used my own toll pass, they charged me $46 a Hidden fee they don't explain why, then $14 for toll. Be aware of this. I used Budget in Allentown airport and this didn't happen
