DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET. I am ONLY giving this a 1 star because I can not pick a ZERO. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM BUDGET, This is a fair warning. You think you pay for the car rental when you rent it and pay up front. Sadly the joke is on the customer. Budget is going to rob you of all of your money. I will never rent a car from Budget Car Rental ever again. Dan the employee that has worked at this location for whatever extended amount of time he kept telling me is one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. I went to this location to get a different vehicle because the car I received from Fort Lee, NJ was dangerously out of alignment and had severe issues (a whole different story). Honestly, just dealt with the nastiest employee. Yes, agent 37261. Had a rental and discussed my circumstances of not being able to pick up due to a funeral and not being back in time. Totally understood when he said they were closed on Saturday but asked him what options i could work with and was met with attitude and a douche bag response. Honestly a joke of a place will never rent from here

Check in after delayed United flight one day and many calls to Budget did not reach this Lancaster office. Check out was nice and smooth with kind staff.
