Sad experience. Little customer information when renting. Not customer driven at all. The assigned vehicle was damaged and dirty -I didn’t accept it. Next one had issues as well… Several hours lost.
I wasn’t expecting the scary situation from Budget Spokane airport. I was lucky that we got our bags quickly and happy the counter was close. All downhill from this point. Got the car, young man seemed inexperienced , found our way outside into a construction zone! Got the car, but had to find the carseat, then realized the car was not up to standard . Normally, car rentals are an awful experience, however, our experience at the Spokane airport was great! Specifically, Bob, our booking agent, was so nice and made the process very quick and painless. He also offered us an upgrade which was so worth it! We ended up with a convertible Mustang, which leveled up our trip. Thank you so much Bob! You rock 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
