The pick up fine. Upon returning to the airport, at 3AM in bad weather, a semi threw a rock. I heard it hit but couldn't find any damage. Nobody checked my car when I got to the airport. Nobody at the counter. I put the key in the box and prayed the I would get on the plane. The line was horrible. 3 days later I was charged the normal rental amount. 10 days later they are charging me 600$$ for camera and damage driver window. The rental of the car was fine. However, I left my phone in the car after hours and dropped the key in the lock box before I realized I did not have my phone. Once i got to Denver I called the Budget desk at the Spokane airport, it rang and rang. No answer. 10 calls later still no answer. I filled my lost and found report online. I could see the phone still in the car. 1 day later I could still see it. I even updated my report with the actual row it was in. Go to budget car rental. They are the easiest and friendliest to work with.

This location does not have a phone. You can call. It will ring and ring and ring. They will never pick up. they do not have an actual phone in their office. So when you need anything that the 800 number can’t solve because they tell you must call the Spokane location to fix your problem, you can’t call Spokane to fix the problem.
