I Returned the car on time to the airport, placed the key in the drop box per the clerk at the counter and then was charged for additional days. My original contract was for$ 96.08. They charged me $467.00. I have provided proof and waited way past the 5 to 7 business days. Horrible customer service, even though they have been made aware of the error. Make sure you can prove your return for just this reason!!!!!
There is a lot that they don’t tell you before going in. The ladies up front were rude and not helpful.
