Nathan crushed it, we landed on a busy holiday weekend and inventory was tight, but he did a great job finding alternative vehicles for us and the guests around us that were the right size or bigger, and he made what could've been a tough experience a whole lot better!

Insanely long wait time….absolutely no reason for a wait time this excessive….very disrespectful of our time… missed events due to lengthy wait time that is completely unnecessary.
They tried to give me a Toyota Corolla though my reservation was for a Hyundai venue or similar. A Toyota Corolla is NOT similar to a venue.
It takes way to long to check out a car, even with a reservation. I was told we were getting a Pacifica, so we're wandering from van to van in the parking lot only to find out it was an Odyssey. The van was backed up against a concrete structure so we couldn't open the back to load our luggage without pulling into another space. Also, the van appeared to have not been cleaned since being dropped off by its previous renter. Come on Budget, do better.
