Normally, car rentals are an awful experience, however, our experience at the Spokane airport was great! Specifically, Bob, our booking agent, was so nice and made the process very quick and painless. He also offered us an upgrade which was so worth it! We ended up with a convertible Mustang, which leveled up our trip. Thank you so much Bob! You rock 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Was not honest with the level of gas and over charged us to refill. I was shocked when I saw the credit card charge of $300 more then what we agreed. Call the number listed on the website and surprise no one answer and can't leave a message. Called the main number for Budget and the rep promised me a call back that same day but surprise never received a call.
