Just like the rest on here, The vehicle will be dirty at pickup and the they will hit you with $250 cleaning fee. My case got denied after filing. Do not rent here unless you want to pay extra. ***Rent local business stay away from here
After reading all the reviews I went against my better judgement and as extremely satisfied and happy with the service I received from Tyler!! When i got there, I was the only one there. Check out process was pretty simple. Tyler tried selling me some things and I declined. Got to the car, and it was dirty. I came back in to tell him and he said "I'm gonna level with you, that's as clean as it's gonna get". Rude and totally insensitive.
THEY STOLE MY MONEY and refuse to issue a refund. It has been over a month now. I finally requested to speak to a supervisor who finally told me they issued a refund of $0.00 accidentally instead of what they actually owe me. And they owe me money due to their mistake, not mine. I prepaid for a car they did not have available. So not only did I have to rent from a different company, but I also am not able to get my money back they have been stating has been refunded for over a month now.
