One word I have to describe this company- SHADY! Unless you want to get a different size vehicle than what you order, get a vehicle that reeks of weed and get bogus charges after returning the vehicle when you pre paid- do not rent from here. Oh and don’t even bother trying to call the customer service number because you will get employees in foreign countries, rude employees, and supervisors that leave you on hold for 50+ min (not sure if they were ever planning on answering because I finally had to hang up). Very upsetting that people have to go throw this. I first pick my car up and get to me house to pack it up and I check the oil and coolant and let me tell you there was nothing there lol nothing . So I had to pay for oil and coolant that was 46 dollars. When I called them they told me to bring the receipt and they will give me money back lol no they gave me nothing . I arrived and the car that I reserved online wasn’t available.They tried to rent me an suv that wasn’t washed and the inside was dirty and smelled like it was a smokers car. However the guy at the counter remained professional.
I reserved a standard SUV from this location to pick up on Dec 7 at 8 AM for business travel. I was the first customer, and the employee gave me a Hyundai Tucson, which is a mid-size SUV, while she had a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the parking lot. Since I reserved a standard SUV, I requested the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The reason I was given was that she didn’t have the key to the Cherokee.
