Owners seem sweet but the business is highly unorganized. I made a reservation for a specific time and they didn’t have a car available for me. Said it would take an hour to get one from the airport which wouldn’t work for me since I am on a schedule. Don’t recommend using this location if you have a time frame you have to work with.

Warning, predatory Business : Staff lied to my face, Up sold me, Then then tried to push me along. I went there with the intent of working for Uber and what I got was a rental without being able to get onto Uber because they didn’t have a Digital insurance card. Later, come to find out that you have to rent it for a week starting with Monday. Have to sign up on some site before, but instead they were up charging me saying this is what I needed and I had to Keep calling Customer service To find out what was going on. This ren... read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. We rented a car to travel on a weekend trip and when we returned it, the location claimed that we were being charged an additional cleaning fee for dog hair and sand. We never had a dog in the car nor did we travel anywhere with sand. Staff straight up lied to our faces and were extremely rude and unprofessional. Absolute cons.
