WATCH OUT!!! I was charged a 28% fuel surcharge because I DID NOT DRIVE FAR ENOUGH during my local rental! Apparently it is this Budget location's policy to charge a fuel service fee if you do not drive at least @70 miles, even though I had declined the fuel purchase option and had already returned the car on full. The super friendly agent suggested it was for my convenience, while pointing to a small sign on the wall and smiling. Silly me for not reading all the walls when picking up my car.
7 day notice I gave these guys for a luxury car reservation, called various times because I was told they would reach back out to me but they didn’t say of rental I had to call back 2 times to see if they had it available, I had to contact enterprise to get me a luxury car last minute. This is my last time renting from this budget location un proffesional and an absolute mess
We've rented from here quite a few times and have always had excellent experiences. The cars are always new with good extras, they've all been reasonably clean and the workers are always efficient and friendly. We also love not having to go to the airport as this location is closer and more convenient.
Great experience with Donell and Shirley! Clean store, new cars.
