I’ve had a few bad experiences with Budget in the past, but this location was by far the worst. I truly regret choosing this store and felt completely misled. I booked a Standard SUV, but was checked out with an Intermediate SUV and told I could exchange it at the airport. When I went to the airport location, they refused to help, saying they cant swap rentals from other locations today. No assistance was offered at all. They are a bunch of con artist. Shirley will accuse you of stuff that didn’t happen while you were renting a vehicle. She doesn’t and her and that other girl that work there are liars. They will try to scam you on some stuff that they did. They don’t follow the proper procedures and I’ve already contacted corporate about them and I’m not done yet. Do not waste your time going to Gahanna.
