I never write these but want to warn people. The girl that works the front counter amazed me with her incompetence. I had a return time of 12pm, I arrived at 11am. The girl at the counter was helping a customer who was upset because she couldnt get the details correct. I sat there for 38mins. I asked if I could just drop the key off. Booked a car a week in advance. 1 hour before our reservation Isaac from Budget called to tell us there are zero cars available.
I am submitting this statement to document my recent experience with this rental car location, which I consider both highly unprofessional and potentially deceptive in nature. I reserved a vehicle for a four-day rental period at an agreed-upon rate. Upon returning the vehicle, I was presented with a final bill that was two to three times higher than the contracted amount. He place is easy to find but. The service was fast but the car problem was not solved.
Avoid at All Costs Completely Disorganized and Unreliable This was by far the worst rental car experience I’ve ever had. The company clearly has no system in place to manage the reservations they accept. Despite having a confirmed booking, I call ahead to find no vehicle available and I wasn’t the only one. Several other customers were left stranded with the same issue. To make matters worse, many of the cars I was told several were out of service.
