I have rented several cars from this location and have never had any issues with service nor their vehicles. I am always greeted politely and taken care of immediately, this is one of the better locations I've been to with Budget.
Worst experience. I reserved a vehicle and went to pick it up on Wednesday after confirming the reservation on Tuesday. When I arrived around 1:00 PM, the location was closed, even though it was supposed to be open until 2:30 PM. I called customer service and was told that the employee who was scheduled to be there likely left because there were no vehicles available—despite the fact that I had a confirmed reservation. Good service at resenable prices
Great place to rent a car in Burleson, Texas. The location is easy to find and well-maintained, and Avis operates from the same spot, which makes pickup and drop-off simple. Jordan, the manager, is professional, friendly, and always willing to help make the process smooth. They’re open on weekends, including Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon. Definitely one of the better rental experiences in the area.
EDIT 10/28/25 - They are open Sundays! Google is wrong. See photo. We’ve rented here twice - both times Jordan has taken great care of us! This is a very small 2 man location and they work very hard to do their best to get cars out and help people but they do seem very limited by what is turned in at their location.
