Updated 7/2025_ Changed from 1 star rating from 2018 to 5 star. I came back to Budget a few years ago because they often do have the best prices. I'm glad I gave this a new location another chance since there is new, much kinder, pleasant staff. Specifically Bindy is the BEST! She's checked me in at least 8x in the last few years & is consistent, professional and exemplary. I definitely can recommend this Budget location again. Extra charge on my card 19 days after we returned the car. Call customer service, she could not look up the reason for the charge....bad customer service here.

Worst rental experience. Added extra fees after I returned the car with a full tank and clean. Absolutely no customer service available.
Two hours before we left for our trip they cancelled our prepaid car. I dropped what I was doing to try and solve the issue, as my travel companion was too busy at work to try and figure out what was going on. *They* cancelled on *us*, but promised that we would receive a full refund for the ~$600 dollar amount. When we later contacted them, they said they don't actually do the refunds and we would need to follow up with the "higher-ups" and gave us that email (they don't have a phone number, allegedly) to ask about our prom... read more
