The Budget rental company at 119th Overland Park SCAMMED. I want to let everyone know before you sign the contract read carefully because the staff name Tom he will tell you to signed and add more charges to the bill. Rented a Toyota Corolla or similar to drive for the day. Returning it at the XNA Airport. I arrived and was shown the vehicle, I was very excited to learn that I was driving a 2019 Volvo! I loved driving this car. So much so, that I am now looking to purchase my own. Thanks Budget, I will rent from here again.
Check in and out was easy service is great . This is my 2nd rental and I have been impressed with the vehicles that I have rented
Worst experience ever. Staff doesn’t know how to treat their customers. Cancelled my reservation after coming to the store
very bad service and unprofessionnel agents, they just talk about charges, they gave me a car with low engine oil and I forgot something in the car they didn't call me and when I called them they said there was nothing there , they really don't care about the costumer they are just looking how to charge the costumer
