Bindy was an absolute GODSEND. My son and I had been through the wringer with another Budget location and a rental while my car was being serviced. Bindy walked in part way through my absolute horror story and saved the day. She got me in a new rental that fulfilled my needs, and continued to take care of me even in a different location when I ran into more issues. She was such a bright spot and made my entire week. Sarah was great. We booked through Expedia online. Only needed vehicle for about 24 hours while we were in town as we were having issues with our personal and didn't want to get stranded out at Arrowhead. Process was quick and accommodating.
Would give zero if i could. Reserved a can one month ahead, was called the day of, an hour before pick up that our van was no longer available. Had an event that night we were driving a large group to and could no longer accommodate. Spent HOURS on the phone being rerouted to the international call center to the airport over and over again. Horrible, horrible experience
One star because I can't do no stars. Absolutely do not use Budget. I was given a smaller rental than what I prepaid for, charged more for the wrong rental and charged twice, and the rental information went missing while I had the car, so they "aren't able to help with the issue". If I could rate negative stars, I would.
It was just easy! The staff is always pleasant. The cars have always been in great shape without any mechanical - or comfort - concerns. Budget will continue to be my “go-to”!
