I had a great experience with Budget Car Rental. The process was smooth, the staff was helpful, and everything went pretty quickly. I rented a 2023 Chevy Impala, and the car was clean, comfortable, and drove great. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would definitely consider renting from Budget again.
I’ve been calling LITERALLY for THREE HOURS STRAIGHT & no one will answer the phone. I booked a rental a few weeks ago and did the “pay now” option & spent $600 and got there to the location and they told me that there were no vehicles available. So now only did I have no vehicle I was out $600 until they said it was refunded with my bank. So I had to wait 3 to 5 business days because of that. Extremely disappointing experience. I booked my rental months in advance and even provided my flight information, yet when my flight arrived early and I got to the counter 45 minutes before my reservation, I was told I had to wait because I was “early.” The desk agent stated there was a “waitlist” for available vehicles. What is the purpose of requesting flight information if an early arrival is ultimately treated as an inconvenience? Reserved a car weeks in advanced only to get there and now vehicles available for at least a maybe in 5+ hours. Also may not be the type of vehicle we required.
