Prepaid for a car and counter personnel had none available. Customer service agents.could have cared less . This is the first time I've ever had any rental car company do this and the last time I use budget. Their customer service agent even suggested I use a competitor next time. For sure I will.
I reserved a luxury car, a Genesis G70 or equivalent, and they had no luxury cars available. We were in town for a family funeral and I wanted a Roomy nice car to transport family members. They offered me a Prius, a Buick, and finally a Ford Bronco which I reluctantly accepted. They charged me a $250 deposit TWICE, the counter lady said it didn't go through the first time even when I showed her my CC online account showing it had.
