I reserved a luxury car, a Genesis G70 or equivalent, and they had no luxury cars available. We were in town for a family funeral and I wanted a Roomy nice car to transport family members. They offered me a Prius, a Buick, and finally a Ford Bronco which I reluctantly accepted. They charged me a $250 deposit TWICE, the counter lady said it didn't go through the first time even when I showed her my CC online account showing it had. Don’t rent a car at Flint Airport in Mich. budget has a line of 50 people and one attendant. I have been waiting in line for over a hour just to get a car. Terrible customer service. They should have know they had this many reservations and should have had more people to help BAD BAD BAD NEVER AGAIN
