Flew in at 10pm. Went to the desk and was told they had no car for us. We prepaid for a reservation a month ahead of time. The woman was not apologetic or helpful at all. Terrible organization for a rental company. There were no other open car rentals and where we were staying was two hours away. Made this trip extremely difficult.

I rented a car in Flint this week and had a great experience. I told the rental agent (Tyler) what I was in town for and that I had some specific needs for my car. I trusted his expertise and he gave us the most perfect car. It met our every need. It was clean, it was nice, it was spacious and very very comfortable. The rental/return process was easy and Tyler and Chiquita were both very kind, professional, and prompt. Thank you!

Still waiting (more than 30 minutes) on getting my reserved car !!! Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a rental car place. Never again Budget !!

I made a reservation for a car rental weeks in advance for a trip, when I arrived at the rental counter they said sorry we're out of cars and just gave me my license back. Completely insane when you show up at the airport with no ride and they don't even notify anybody ahead of time that they have no cars available! Awful service!!!!

Prepaid for a car and counter personnel had none available. Customer service agents.could have cared less . This is the first time I've ever had any rental car company do this and the last time I use budget. Their customer service agent even suggested I use a competitor next time. For sure I will.
