Female called to “verify” my reservation and she was extremely rude. She ended up hanging up the phone on me after asking how I would be paying. Outstanding service although the ability to drop the key in the drop box needs to be restored so people don't have to miss work
If I could give zero stars I would. I was rented a car that reeks of marijuana. I couldn’t wait for another car so I had to gag on the smell every time I got in it. When I dropped it off the attendant ignored my complaint and was rude and refused to even discuss it. Do not rent a car at this place
