I picked up the car last night from Gloria. She’s the best car rental agent I’ve ever encountered no exaggeration
I accidentally left a coat in our car and it's impossible to reach anyone at this location. I've called the main customer service line and spokeen to several people who have "escalated" the issue and said I'd receive a call or email from the manager of this location. UPDATE: I emailed the PCB airport and someone went to the counter and within an hour or so I got someone from this rental location to call me and they sent my jacket back. Can't speak with someone at the location about upcoming rental at 11pm, was able to book for 11pm but location says it closes at 11pm.
I recently rented a vehicle from [Budget Rent a Car] and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. The car I received had a strong, nauseating smell of smoke that made it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy to drive. I contacted Customer Service and was told to take the car to the nearest Budget location to exchange it. I wish there was a zero star. READ the fine print. They charge $149.23 per hour if returning the car after return time. All other rentals have 30 min to 1 hr grace period. Not Budget/Avis. This is in addition to the poorly maintained cars. I had to change the car two times. First car engine light and I couldn’t switch it in any location except the airport location so it took six hours to come back to the location which they did not subtract from the pick up time yet.
