Stay away! Never again! Not only was check in extremely slow and the person helping me clearly had no idea what he was doing. The next day I had to return it and called to say I was Going to be a few hours late due to a family emergency. They said fine no problem. Only for me to see AFTER I returned the car they’d charged me for a second day. Acabo de tener una mala experiencia con este señor que atiende discriminación por parte de él desde el principio. No dio el carro que había reservado y. Tenía algunos similares pero nos trató sin profesionalismo al punto que me dio mis documentos a manera que me fuera. No dándonos opciones ahora no sé qué va pasar porque ya había pagado anticipado. Una vergüenza para budget tener gente así. Si algún manager me puede contactar y así devolverme mi dinero . Había muchos carros y al final me fui caminando. Y perder mi viaje.

Esta oficina y la persona que trabaja aquí, es la peor persona que yo he conocido en mi vida para atender al cliente. Después de muchos problemas que he tenido con una reserva, este señor no ayuda al cliente! Se creen los dueños de budget cuando son unos tristes trabajadores con 0 de empatía y respeto. Este tipo de oficinas Budget debería mandarlas a cerrar porque somos los que pagamos la renta de una carro los que estamos lucrándoles. No hay carros disponibles y te ponen a esperar.
