Claimed we had a dog in the car which is NOT TRUE charged us $300 for cleaning it after THEY OFFERED TO LET US VACCUM IT OUT to clean the car and then when we said yes they told us it was too late and I needed to be taken off site for cleaning. Completely awful do not rent from here. Shame on everyone who works there.
I would leave zero stars if possible. They canceled my rental with less than 3 hours notice, and were extremely rude when they called. I highly recommend renting from another location.
This location is inside of a Holiday inn hotel lobby.... In case anyone is having trouble finding it like I did.
This Budget Rent A Car location gave me a car that had an error on the dashboard. When I asked about that error message, I was given a wrong explanation. I was told that the mileage in the dashboard message indicated how many miles until the car needed an oil change. However, after driving off, I saw that the mileage in the message was going up and not down. Because of this, I was told (by the customer service line) to get an oil change to resolve this issue, and I would be reimbursed for the oil change. When that didn’t wor... read more
