Scam!!!!!! I hope that no one gonna rent a car from them , they told me that fully insurance for my car cost $250 and they charged me $2200 , after I told them that the person told me $250 they saying he is a new guy and they were trying to find an excuse . Go to any other rental company just not to them!!! The worst Customer Service I ever get!!!!!

What a nightmare. We booked a car for two weeks at the airport in Rome. When we got into the car it turned out to be an electric car. That was alright because we assumed it would be easy to take the car to a gas station and charge it. Turns out that in Italy it is not so easy to do. We found out that there are multiple different companies that place the chargers and that each one requires a separate app. AND, most of them don't allow foreign people to set up an account without a fiscal code or Italian address and phone numbe... read more
