Made my reservation well in advance for a three day Van rental. Two days before pickup I received a random phone call stating that they don't have the vehicle available for my reservation. They can send me off to the airport location for Double the price. No negotiation, NO let me help you with this for the inconvenience. None of that. This is what you got and your reservation is gonna be canceled. Dont Waste your time, not worth the headache!
Car was great, staff were helpful. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star because my $250 deposit was not returned to me. Budget customer care is saying they have reverted the payment, my bank is saying they haven't. I have to wait 1 month until the charge is automatically reverted. Ridiculous.
