Great experience
Made reservation for a car with my company discount, came to pick up vehicle and while they had lot full of cars, they refused to honor my reservation because there were higher priced reservations
Was mislead and deceived at all levels by this company. Upon making a reservation they said we could pay one way and upon trying to pick it up they said we couldn't which messed everything up for us. No one in management at any level seemed to be able to offer a solution. At least they had a car for us when I got there and that's the only redeeming part of the experience
I recently rented a car over the weekend and had no problems at all with anything. The person I had she was the coolest person I ever met at a car rental. I’ve heard she been there for 10 years they should definitely keep her .
