The staff at the Webster St. location downtown were so very kind to me. A gentleman outside helped my elderly grandpa load my vehicle when I left town and he was there to help unload it when I came back. He went above and beyond at his job. The lady working at the desk allowed my baby and I to wait inside of the bldg even though they were already closed. It is hot in Houston and downtown can be dangerous. 5 star service. My favorite location hands down. My best experience at any rental car place was here. Thank you.

Paula and Michael were super helpful. Had a horrible experience at last two locations. We were never going to use Budget again. These kind people will make me consider using Budget again.
