Shea was very helpful in getting us discounts for our rental. It was a smooth and quick process with her! Shoutout to Shea!
This is an horrible story about a rental car. I rented a car in Oakland. The car was not clean, it smell like smoke and we had kids. Nonetheless, we kept it and we return it a week later in LA. Budget charged us additional USD 100.00 without any reason. I disputed wiith the credit card and we won and they have to credit us back this USD 100.00. It was not enough. After 2 weeks, they came up with USD 250.00 charges as cleaning fee (for sands???) as a revenge. DO NOT USE THEM. IT IS A SCAM.
I travel frequently for work and use various rental services. Shay provided exceptional service, and I will definitely be using Budget again. The cars were clean and in good condition.
Thanks so much to Gina for her knowledge about cars and her no nonsense committed customer service. Grateful for your help!
