Customer service was terrible. Assistant manager, Angel, was rude, at best. When we inquired about polices his response was either, “I don’t make the rules” or an ultimatum. He eventually put his hand up in our faces in attempts to silence us. When discussing cars, he was argumentative. When we inquired with another representative, he belittled the employee stating, “he’s only a part-timer.” However that part timer has more grace and customer service etiquette than the assistant manager.
